The detached, three-storey house offers a living area of approx. 145 sqm net on 2,5 floors, as well as various usable areas of approx. 70 sqm.

Adjacent to the living room of the main house is a partly covered outdoor space with rock walls.

On the other side of the property, a former hay shed has been converted into a sitting area with a covered pergola offering views of the Prino valley, to the mountains and the village.


At the top of the terraced property there is another small rustico, not renovated but furnished.



The property is situated in the village center of Molini di Prelà in a small alley, just a few steps from the main road and public parking.

Molini di Prelà is located in the wide and green valley of the river Prino and is surrounded by hills and olive groves. Also Prela still lives on a good part of the excellent olive oil of the area. There are several restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a small grocery store.

From Prela many hiking trails lead to the hinterland, one also to Dolcedo, which is 2 km away. Dolcedo is one of the most charming villages in the Valprino valley with its restaurants, shops and so on. The coastal town of Imperia and its beaches are about 9 km away. Imperia enjoys the best climate in Italy, mild winters and not too hot in summer!
