The house is centrally located on the edge of the village, directly above the public parking spaces.

The small hamlet of Boscomare belongs to the municipality of Pietrabruna and is situated approx. 320 m above the sea level on the slopes of the Monte Faudo in the hinterland of San Lorenzo al Mare (about 10 km away).

The typical Ligurian mountain village consists of narrow alleys and small squares in its historic center. A Saracen tower from the Middle Ages once protected the inhabitants from pirate attacks. In Pietrabruna, 5 km away, there are two bars and some idyllic ponds in the woods for a refreshing bath in summer.

About 10 km away, the popular tourist town of San Lorenzo al Mare offers beautiful sandy bays, shops and restaurants. The seaside town of Imperia is about 18 km away and boasts the best climate in Italy - mild winters and temperate summers!
