On the lower floor there is a small granny flat of approx. 25 sqm with its own entrance and terrace. It consists of a room with an adjoining kitchenette and a bathroom.

Due to the hillside location, the entrance to the main home on the 1st floor is on the garden level. The front door leads into a large room, which is currently used as a dining room with the kitchen next to it. It is very bright and inviting thanks to its five windows. From there you enter the spacious, living room with its high ceilings.

The bathroom and a large bedroom are located in the basement.

A garage, which has been used as a studio in recent years, with an integrated bathroom, is located about 30 metres from the house.

The charming cottage is located on an unpaved road - used only by the owners themselves and two neighbours - which leads through the olive groves for about a kilometre.

Although it is such a quiet place with lots of privacy, you can reach Dolcedo, the picturesque central village of the Prino valley with its baroque church, medieval bridges and alleyways, in less than 5 minutes.
